samsung tocco lite touch screen

Hi all

i have a samsung tocco lite which has work fine for 10 months, today however the touch screen has stopped working.

the 3 buttons and the camera all work and i can use the phone to make a call but only the last person who called me!!!

it hasn't been dropped or got wet or anything and i wondered is there anyway to reset it or get it working again
